Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Greaves Travel celebrate the release of British film comedy ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’ on 24th February 2012.  Greaves Travel has created a seven-night package to Rajasthan, offering lucrative savings of 30% on accommodation at The Oberoi Group’s palace resort properties.

Cinemagoers can follow in the footsteps of Maggie Smith, Judi Dench, Bill Nighy and a stellar cast of ‘British retirees’, who hope to spend the rest of their days living in luxury on the cheap in India, shot on location in Jaipur and Udaipur.

Where the Marigold Hotel fails initially to live up to the characters expectations, savvy travellers can relive the sumptuous scenes of Lake Pichola in Udaipur and the thriving bazaars of Jaipur, while residing at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts’ luxury properties.

Travelling with leading Indian tour operator Greaves Travel will give visitors a chance to get under the skin of the culture, sights and sounds of India.  Greaves Travel will create bespoke itineraries offering insider-access experiences with the expertise of gem therapists, astrologers, Ayurveda Masters and resident historians.

A 7 night package to Rajasthan starts from £2,350 GBP,  per person, based on two people travelling and sharing a double / twin room.

The package will include accommodation at The Oberoi, New Delhi; The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur; The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur and The Oberoi, Mumbai; international airfares with British Airways, domestic airfares, private transfers, sightseeing and excursions with an English speaking local guide.

Valid for travel from 1st April – 30th September 2012, subject to availability.  Terms and Conditions apply.
