As the Indian Monsoon approaches (June – September) the dust clears and so begins the optimum time to harness the curative and restorative therapies of Ayurveda and Yoga.  The body becomes more receptive to herbal oil therapies and flexible in the humid climate.

Greaves Travel has created a twelve-day spa and wellness tour during the Monsoon to Kerala and Karnataka, staying at CGH Earth Experience Hotels.  Journeying from the century old Chittoor Kottaram on the backwaters Cochin to SwaSwara, on Om Beach, Gokarna in Karnataka, guests will discover the remote rural villages and golden beaches of North Kerala and experience the ancient wellness teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga in their purest form.

A 12 night package starts from £1999 per person, based on two people travelling and sharing a double / twin room.

The package will include accommodation on a full board basis for two nights at Chittoor Kottaram, Kochi and five nights at SwaSwara, Gokarna including Yoga, Ayurveda consultations and one Spa treatment, interactive cooking sessions; international airfares with Qatar Airways, domestic flights from Goa-Mumbai, train travel, private transfers, sightseeing and excursions with an English speaking local guide.

Valid for travel until 30th September 2012, subject to availability.  Terms and Conditions apply.
